My Story

I started with recruitment, I continued with executive-search, I turned to assessment and the final stop was training and development of people potential, which is found in full in Romania. Besides typical trainings required in an organization, related to people jobs: sales, customer service, negotiation, business presentations, etc. my main focus is on projects such “growth mindset”. Put simply how to change a rigid business approach to a flexible approach, allowing people to grow and become more grounded and more responsible for what they do, yet even more complacent and satisfied with their employer.
